Hi - one last update before I leave London. I met Emma (a friend from NYC trapeze) in London yesterday. She was here for work. We met for lunch and spent the day together. It was a perfect day. She introduced me to English drinks...Shandy and Ginger Beer. She said that they are "sissy" drinks, but I don't care...I love them! I can't wait to order them again.
Emma and I walked all over the place and then went to Regent's Park to watch Brian's softball game. They won! They have a good team.
I had to explain the game to Emma and the other English people watching. Emma said it's the same game as "rounders" but the English don't need to use gloves or such a big ball. HA! After the game we went for a few drinks...shocker.
It was a great way to end my London trip. Emma...I can't wait to fly with you and hang out with you more in NYC. Thanks for a great day!
